DOSBox 0.74 SVN builds for Windows is now available.
WHAT'S NEW

1. Based on SVN 3675
2. Fixed a keyboard input issue when using WINDIB driver and GUI
3. Fixed a distortion when using MT-32 emulation in some games like Police of
Quest 2 and Zeliard
4. Added hercules blending patch (ripsaw8080)
5. Fixed a bug related to writing in ZIP/7Z mounting from GUI
6. More accurate vertical sync in Direct3D, OpenGL (vsyncmode=host)
7. Fixed some minor bugs
