WiiFit頭鎚足球? - Switch

想請問有沒有什麼訣竅啊
為什麼我過去都剛好閃過球
然後要閃過異物時又反而會被打到orz
往左或往右時是要單腳站嗎?
時間上又怎麼抓呢?
