WiiFit哪種減重較有效哩 - Switch

我自己是習慣用跑步加踏板
上次跑島一周後又踏板30分 就減了0.6公斤
雖然很可能只是水分而已
但不到一小時就0.6感覺也是蠻快的 :)
有人已藉此減了相當重量的嗎
是不是主要還是得靠"有氧"類才行呢?...
