之前問大家wii fit的減重效果之後過了一陣子
wii fit就變成我的生日禮物入手了~
一開始就玩的昏天暗地
不到一禮拜全部項目幾乎都出來了
我還排了一個自以為很讚的順序~
一開始先慢跑10分鐘熱身(我住一樓非常適合)
再開始做肌力~全部都做~除了伏地挺身我真的只能撐6下
其他次數都漸增
每次都作到汗流浹背
然後再做全部的瑜珈~瑜珈做起來真的是很舒服
最後再跑30分鐘
然後看心情搖呼拉圈~
拳擊和階梯一定選一個做~
一天大概儲金快兩個小時
但實際時間約為快三個小時
每天量BMI實在很有感覺~
希望可以持續下去囉!
題外話~我無聊到幫我家的貓咪還有烏龜作了MII

有一天突發奇想
把貓咪放在FIT上
最矮只能設100公分
想說他手腳伸長也差不多吧~
量完體重~3.5KG
螢幕就把小人變成紙片一樣瘦了~~哈哈
可惜忘了照~
玩左右平衡我想辦法改變貓咪動作還過了兩關勒~
