以下是一些比較重要的更新, 有錯誤翻譯麻煩幫忙更正
Most important changes are:
= Preferred format for Megaminx is now 'Average of 5'.
Megaminx正式改成平均五次了(我好像聽見mipanox在偷笑)
Other changes for competitors:
= Stricter rules for timer malfunctions. Timer shows 0.01 - 0.05: extra
attempt (unless intentional by competitor). Timer shows 0.06 or higher: DNF
(unless reproducible malfunctioning).
以後計時器顯示0.01~0.05的話可以給予重轉的機會(使用備用scramble)
0.06以上就還是直接判定為DNF
(重轉不知道是只能一次 還是只要有這種情形就都重轉?)
= Puzzles with textures or painted colours are now accepted.
方塊上面可以用粗面貼紙或是漆來代替貼紙了
= Blindfolded: Competitors must bring their own blindfold.
盲解比賽者必須自己帶眼罩 (我懷疑這是Tyson經過我們比賽後提議的XD)
= Fewest moves: Solutions maximum 80 moves and/or rotations.
最少步數解最多80步
= Magic: No practice solves on timer.
比Magic不準在比賽桌前面練習了XD

= WCA delegate is now responsible for providing the scrambles.
WCA觀察員有責任提供scramble(不是一直都是這樣嗎@ @)
= Improved scramble programs.
改進轉亂程式(應該是指如2x2 optimal這種)
= At least 25% of competitors must not proceed to round.
每輪必須最少淘汰掉25%的參賽者
