如標題
我在三四年前就申請了STEAM帳戶
可是都沒使用，也沒消費
最近想要買個絕地求生來玩，可是發現我的帳戶被鎖住了。。。
它說我涉嫌盜用其他用戶的遊戲，把我停權到2038年。
然後我爬了很多文，但是都找不到很相關的例子。
我還有試著用同一電子郵件申辦一個新帳號，想說從養一個帳號好了，但是發現連我的手機都被鎖定不能綁定。。。
現在不知道怎麼辦，也依照爬文一直要找可以回文給客服的方式，但是每次都跳掉說新用戶要花5美金的解開功能的地方。。。
請各位幫幫我！
