請問在steamgifts刪掉設定錯誤的giveaways之後就不能再創了嗎?

想建立新的卻出現這訊息

many deleted giveaways. To increase this limit, click here to create a
support ticket.

是我刪掉兩次(未開獎)，導致無法再創立嗎

問客服是否能幫我解決限制，但也只是叫我看Guidelines

想問有遇過這問題的大大們 是否有解決方法
