今天跟大家分享一下我使用Steam Support的心得
[將 Star Conflict 從我的收藏庫中移除]
1.從 Steam Web、Steam Client 進入 Steam Support 頁面。
2.申請 Steam Support 帳號，
基本上就兩個步驟 設定信箱、密碼->收信點超連結->完成
3.選擇問題類型
(Is the problem related to a game or Steam service?)
4.選擇後可以看到問題分類與數量，
如果你覺得你的問題可能別人已經問了，不妨在這邊找找看。
如果是屬於你自己的問題，就點頁面右側的「Contact Steam Support」按鈕。
5.[Step 1]選擇產品(Product)和問題類型(Category)
6.[Step 2]步驟一完成後會直接跑出步驟二，
輸入標題(Subject)、你的問題(Your Question)、
額外資訊(Additional Information)、
作業系統(Operating System)、
附加附件(Add attachment)[例如：圖檔]
7.送出問題(Submit Question)

操作流程介紹完了，接下來講要求刪除收藏庫的遊戲會發生的情形，
因為他的回覆滿長的，我直接講重點：
他可以刪除遊戲，利用BAN遊戲序號的方式刪除遊戲
一旦被BAN，就算以後買慈善包、或者實體包CD Key，遊戲都不會啟動
而且輸入的慈善包序號、CD Key都會作廢，遊戲成就和時間記錄並不會被刪除。
他有提到無法單獨刪除特定DLC，要刪除就是整個遊戲和DLC一起被BAN。
最後一段太長不想翻譯，直接貼原文給大家吧！謝謝收看。
If any of the games that you wish to have removed were part of a game package
(such as complete packs, Humble Bundles, or separate entries for different
parts of a single game), the entire package will need to be removed.
Packages cannot be split in any way.
If you choose to proceed, you will need to provide the name of the package
that contained these games rather than the names of the games contained
in the package.
Please let me know if you would like to proceed with the removal of
your game(s).
