SS Games Settings Explorer v0.3 is released. SS Games Settings Explorer is a
tool designed to manage the configuration settings of games on the platform
Sega Saturn. The program works with the configuration file "Settings.ini" of
emulator SSF (supported versions, starting with the SSF 011 alpha and above).
