今天開spotify要來邊打掃邊聽音樂，畫面卡在螢幕中央一個"spotify" 後面有背景圖這
樣，然後就這樣完全不動，重載重開機都沒有用。
請問有沒有人一樣也有遇過這樣的狀況，或者知道解決方式？
這台ps4買了三年多幾乎都沒在玩，會不會是因為太久沒開機所以出了什麼怪毛病阿QAQ？
