Notice to users who have installed CFW or pirated software:
Notice: Unauthorized circumvention devices for the PlayStation®3 system
have been recently released by hackers for the PlayStation®3 system. These
devices permit the use of unauthorized or pirated software. Use of such
devices or software violates the terms of your “System Software License
Agreement for the PlayStation®3 System” and the “Terms of Services and
User Agreement” for the PlayStation®Network and its Community Code of
Conduct provisions. In addition, copying or playing pirated software is a
violation of International Copyright Laws. A circumvention device and/or
unauthorized or pirated software currently resides on your PlayStation®3
system. Immediately cease use and remove all circumvention devices and delete
all unauthorized or pirated software from your PlayStation®3 system. Failure
to do so will result in termination of your access to the PlayStation®
Network services through your PlayStation®3 system.


通知安裝非經授權的規避裝置及盜版軟件的用戶：
請注意 : 近日有人釋出使用在PlayStation®3主機系統的未經授權的規避裝置, 這些裝
置允許使用未經授權或是盜版的軟件。使用此類裝置或軟件已違反PlayStation®3系統軟
件使用條款以及PlayStation®Network的使用條款與用戶合約中的社群行為守則。另外,
複製或是使用盜版軟件在國際上是違反著作權法的行為。請立即停止使用及移除並刪去目
前安裝在您的PlayStation®3主機系統的規避裝置或是非經授權或盜版的軟件, 未遵守者
將導致您的PlayStation®3使用PlayStation®Network的服務被永久終止。
