A surprising turn of events occurred the other day, regarding the
court case between George Hotz (Geohot) and the Sony Corporation.
The judge overhearing the case, actually found in favor of Sony! The
judge decided California did indeed have jurisdiction of the case and
granted Sony's request for a temporary restraining order (TRO)
against George Hotz. What this means for Geohot, is that he is
ordered to surrender his PC's, Playstation 3 consoles, and any other
equipment involved in hacking Sony's game system.
戲劇性的大逆轉，加州法院認為本身的確具有對本案的管轄權，並且準裁$QNY所
提出的假處分(TROs)申請，內容為：geohot在生效期間內禁止接觸個人電腦、
PS3 主機，以及其他一切與破解$QNY遊戲主機相關的設備。
