針對$QNY在北加州地方法院對George Hotz 與fail0verflow提起訴訟，辯方均表
示莫名其妙。至於其他（還）沒被告的人，也開始了一連串的抗議行動。
Mathieulh表示：你他Ｘ的$QNY怎麼不連我一起告？
Hermes表示：我已經把fail0verflow全套的工具都放到我的git hub 了，
$QNY快來告。
另外名校卡內基．美隆大學(CMU) 資工系教授David S. Touretzky也用個人網頁
空間備份了geohot網站下架前的內容。
翻了一下控方的文件，發現fail0verflow的團隊不全然是在美國，也有在西班牙
、德國、匈牙利的，這些人應該不會（也不想）出席，很難想像$QNY的法律行動
能對這些不在美國本土的人產生什麼約束力，難道要通報國際刑警組織逮人不成
？
另外$QNY被踢爆想偷偷捐一美金到geohot的PayPal帳戶，藉以指控geohot確實是
有「拿錢辦事」的嫌疑，當然geohot的律師也不是省油的燈，答辯狀也很厲害就
是了。多數網站解讀$QNY根本不在意能不能告得贏，只是想藉訴訟爭取研發新韌
體、設立停損點、研擬新的使用者規範的時間而已。
