engine for Cannon Fodder. Please note, the original gamefiles are needed to
play the game.

Add support for Cannon Fodder Plus
Fix some minor bugs involving homing missiles and rocket turrets
Fix a bug with the Skidu/Jeep
Fix building door explosion
Fix the Amiga Recruitment screen (squad list)
Fix soldiers at end of mission (jump was not working)
Detect no sound device
