在此我把解決方法分享給跟我一樣遇到這種情況的玩家 (=
Start up a game, ctrl+alt+del and check and see if GameOverlayUI.exe is
running. I imagine it could be blocked by a firewall somehow, which is
required to run for the overlay to work. So check and see if it is on.
