* fullheight scanlines + double width are back from the allegro version,
it's a new choice of scanlines in video options
* Took back the "pixel double" scaler from the allegro version too. You can
now choose the kind of scaling you want if you force normal blits in video
options.
* Added hq2x and hq3x scalers in MMX versions only.
