Raid Boss error 官方回覆解法 - PokemonGO

小弟上周日回台北難得在碧湖旁趕上最後一場火焰鳥
結果打完之後,竟然給我遇到傳說中的boss error!
狀況就是打完了boss, 獎勵也拿了,結果抓boss的時候跳出
再回去就一直對戰->倒數->error ... 無限loop
晚上很生氣就寫了一封信去申訴要他還我團體卷
8/7先收到一封罐頭信

大意是說最近我們收到很多抱怨信..很抱歉我們可能會很慢回復.
　　 可能最慢會等到下周才回信

結果今天8/9凌晨就收到回信
　　 大意就是很抱歉聽到你的不幸消息,但我們不會還你卷!
請每天去轉免費卷或者課金買..

但重點是課服有回覆當下遇到error解法

1.馬上離開遊戲,把cache清除,並且重啟pokemon app
2.點選道館,在boss的詳細訊息畫面等待幾秒,
你就會被重新導入抓頭目的畫面
重要: 千萬不要按對戰按鈕!
如果你按了對戰按鈕,你就提早結束這一回合了 冏rz

大概是這樣,但是還是需要不幸遇到這bug的板友幫忙驗證一下

We’re sorry to hear that you were unable to capture the Pokèmon after
successfully winning the Raid.

You should be redirected to the Bonus Challenge after you see the 'You Win'
screen and receive the items from the Raid battle. If you experience an error
at this time or during the encounter, please follow these steps:
1) Exit the app, clear cache and restart the app.
2) Click on the Gym and pause for a few seconds on the Raid Boss details
screen. You will be redirected to the encounter screen that you were on
before. Important: Do not click on the Battle button on the details screen.

If the Raid is not active on the gym when you click on it, you will not get a
chance to rejoin the encounter. Raids last for two hours and we recommend you
join the raid well in advance to allow you time to rejoin if needed. If you
weren't able to catch the boss this time, don’t lose hope, and try another
Raid.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer reimbursements for the Raid Pass that
has already been used but you can get a free Raid Pass every day by spinning
the Photo Disc at a Gym.
