PS登錄問題 - 撲克牌

大家好
目前我在A地要登錄PS
出現You are already logged-in from another computer.
In order to login here you must first log off from the other computer

前陣子二地輪流登沒事.但最近變只能在家打
用手機登錄也不行
我也很確定家裡電腦是關著的
也就是不該是登錄中
不知有沒有前輩遇過這問題
求解
