PSV TV 台版與日版差異? - PS

今天跑了一趟問到的價格都是同梱(PSV TV主機+PS3手把+8G記憶卡+HDMI線)4300~4400
想說看一下網路上的價格，卻看到3800~4000左右(還有的是附16G 囧)
但有的標台灣公司貨、有的標日版、有的標非同梱
想請問台灣跟日版差在哪??
該不會日版的算水貨，買了之後要維修只能哭哭??所以比較便宜?
還是日版的畫面會比較好??(忘了哪邊看來的...)
有點搞不太懂，買之前想請問一下知道的版友
