1. ps5為什麼不大力宣傳硬體了完全是新總裁的作風,因為新sie總裁認為遊戲展示對大
多數消費者更有意義。
2. ps5的gpu會有5%的情況,在cpu滿載時降頻到2.1ghz,但是這種降頻不是連續的,而
是在遊戲過程中發生在某一幀的時間內。ps5的apu功耗和頻率控制單元能以毫秒級的速
度調節。
3. ps5的cpu是基於zen2,但是l3的快取是zen3式的統一8mb。作為對比,xsx是普通zen
2的兩個4mb l3快取。統一l3快取可以降低延遲,提高cpu的運算效率。ps5的cpu除開功
耗壓力最大時,運行在3.5ghz,8核16線程。xsx的cpu穩定運行在3.66ghz,8核16線程
。xsx在8核8線程時是3.8ghz。
4. ps5的硬體光追單元經過改造,這是指基本原理的改造(基本原理gdc就說過跟老黃和
amd一樣的bvh),但是沒有xsx開發套件不好對比(rdna2顯卡還沒出。 )
5. ps5的gpu沒有infinity cache,但是apu有cache coherency(gdc上也展示過ps5的ap
u的i/o模塊有額外的sram。),這套系統跟rdna2的infinity cache不同,但是也能有效
降低ps5的448gb/s的頻寬壓力。ps5的memory address比ps4快很多,得益於新的i/o單元
(gdc有講過)。
xsx沒有infinity cache,無類似sony的減輕頻寬壓力的硬體功能。
6.幾何引擎是sony基於primitive shader改造的gpu的內置硬體單元,跟dx12 mesh sha
der不同,是從硬件層面去進行剔除和即時生成多邊形或者增強粒子特效和其他特效等等
功能。幾何引擎在渲染流程的位置比mesh shader要早,更可控,vrs內置在幾何引擎裡
,相比dx12的vrs,位置更早,也更可控。但這也使得幾何引擎的學習和使用是要花更多
的時間的,即使是第一方開發者也才用到了部分功能,深度應用幾何引擎的第一方和第
三方遊戲要到2022甚至2023年才會出現。幾何引擎或mesh shader的完全運用能有效乃至
大幅度提高畫質或遊戲運行效率(幀數)。

1.如果降到2.1ghz的話,大概就是降到約9.7t的運算力,性能損失應該不大。
2.光追的部分跟先前的猜想一樣,效果不見得輸隔壁棚,但開發者要花心力去學習運用
