PPSSPP Git (2013/02/05) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP
emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

* Add a safety check that p.Do() is only used on pod.
* Don't error when savestating a psmfplayer.
* Don't allocate a 0 array in savedata savestates.

This makes changes to it a bit faster to build.
