pcsx2連線設定 - 模擬器

: 首先使用pcsx2來玩連線 必須先下載並安裝
: winpcap這個軟體
: http://www.winpcap.org/install/default.htm
: 然後要準備 DEV9giga razi.dll 這個插件......

到這個步驟以後

我有放進plugins那個資料夾裡了，可是卻沒辦法設定那個插件，
設定使用後卻跳出沒有回應的視窗，重開以後什麼也沒變，

請問版主怎麼處理?
