PCSX Rerecording SVN r207 is released.PCSX Rerecording is a special version
of PCSX with many new features such as input rerecording, cheat support, RAM
search, RAM watch, customizable hotkeys, etc.

Core: renamed all C files to CPP, and moved global junks in h file to proper
CPP; sideeffect: upgraded vcproj file from VS2005? to VS2008.

Fix debug build; add FastBuild; changed output directory settings; upgraded
zlib/libpng and linked statically.

remove old libpng directory
