(PC-E/CD) PCEjin svn112 - 模擬器

2009.12.21

pcejin takes the accurate PCE emulation core in Mednafen and gives
it a native Win32 interface and additional features.

r112 - Some cleanup up regarding images & icons. Still can't
figure out why the iconis not displayed on the main window
however.

r111 - Hook up the Watch button on RAM Search. Also fixed any
other buttons thatdepend on IDD_PROMPT to exist.

r110 - PCEjin now has a snazzy icon! Also some other misc
resource cleanup

r109 - Adding some icon files made by arukado
