Item Set Bonuses
Item - Warrior T18 Protection 2P Bonus Reduces the cooldown of
your Last Stand by 50%. While in Gladiator Stance, the damage
bonus from being Enraged is increased by 12%.

Frost
Howling Blast now scales with 144.45% of AP, up from 115.56% of AP

Might of the Frozen Wastes - now dual-wielding increases Frost
Strike damage by 100%, up from 50%.
Threat of Thassarian - When dual-wielding, your Death Strikes,
Obliterates, Plague Strikes, and Frost Strikes also deal damage
with your off-hand weapon, and your Frost Strike damage is
increased by 100%, up from 50%.

Sunfire damage now scales with 38.9% of Spell Power, down from
40.5%. DoT now scales with 28.08% of Spell Power, down from 29.25

Wrath now scales with 140.4% of Spell Power, down from 146.3%.

Balance
Mastery: Total Eclipse now Increases the maximum bonus damage from
Eclipse by 20%, up from 15.2%.
Starfall now scales with 28% of Spell Power, down from 29.2%.
Starfire now scales with 224.6% of Spell Power< down from 234%.
Starsurge now scales with 280.8% of Spell Power, down from 292.5%.
