Going to try Vengeance cap at 30% health (down from 100%) in 10s and 50% of
health in 25s. This is a big change, so might be 5.4, not 5.3.

我們打算嘗試將憎恨上限從原本的100%血量，

降成10人團為30%血量，25人團為50%血量。

這是個大改動，所以應該會在5.4實裝，而不是5.3。
