r3173 - misc 3dviewer work. still not worth using

r3172 - fix new bug in texture cache which wouldve caused corrupted
textures to appear

r3171 - i doubt everyone wants a hacky debug print to appear every frame

r3170 - core: fix an old shortcoming in texcache where games that
burned through sprites memory with lots of tiny sprites
could use gigabytes of texcache buffers (metal slug)
