- [CRVISION] Added tape loading. You can now load tapes which have

- The shell multi-rom selector is working. The bad dump of Telcom

(and from some clones). Moved Joystick interface selection to

mappings for Cursor Keys (and a few others). To access these
keys, now you have to either press Shift together with another
key, like in the real keyboard, or simply switch to natural
