我之前在MTGA上用paypal刷過 welcome bundles，以及兩次99.99美元。
這三次消費都有成功，也拿到了正確數量的gems
最後一筆是在10/19刷的
但三天前我想要再刷一筆99.99美元時
反覆收到
"The billing and/or payment information you entered is incorrect. Please double
check all your information and try again. If you continue to have problems
please contacy your financial institution then contact Wizards of the Coast
customer support here."
Paypal改點另一張卡，仍然同樣訊息。
改用credit card付款而不是paypal，同樣訊息。
換瀏覽器，無效。換電腦，無效。改用歐元付款，無效。
打電話給發卡銀行客服，表示他們的系統完全沒有收到授權要求。
用Paypal在其他網站付款，完全沒有問題。
這三天我反覆嘗試，仍然無法買到gems。
請問有人有遇到類似的問題的嗎？
有什麼解決方法嗎？
