MedGui is a Windows-frontend for the multisystem-emulator Mednafen.

- Add blur option in general tab and filter tab
- Moved On Exit Autosave option into general bottom tab
- Fixed behavior of the trackbar with combobox
- Add .bs and .st missing snes extension
- Fixed a small bug in virtual boy disabled mode
- Small code changed in "minimize at launch" option

- Add disable option in 3D render in virtual boy module (useful to remove the
3d effect during emulation)
- Removed unused "hidden" full screen and keyset button in option form
- Add start GUI in advance mode in option form
- Add in snaps form any options to locate the form behind the medguisimple form
- Many bugfix intoduced in 1.90 version
