MedGui v1.37 - 模擬器

MedGui v1.37 is released. MedGui is a GUI (Frontend) for Mednafen WINDOW OS.

- Add .vboy extension file format for virtual boy console
- Add 3dmode options, plus presets for virtual boy console
- Add 3dreverse options for virtual boy console

Know bugs:
- If you swap from simple mode to advance mode and return in simple mode, the
system console cue file not recognize correctly
NB: pce_fast option work with configuration file, but not work with Mednafen
0.9.X (i think this is a bug from Mednafen)
