以下是我的幾個問題：
1. 關於遠征軍懲罰(Expeditionary corps)，規則上說可以"...choose a general not
on the board"，也就是說可以進行以下的操作: 受遠征軍懲罰時，選擇一位戰死的
將軍(not on the board)並付出8TCs放到off-map box中，等到遠征軍懲罰消失後，
可以讓該將軍帶2支部隊回場嗎？
2. 規則書上的Section 18的note: The imperial election will be at the end of
urn 4 at the earliest and at the end of turn 7 at the latest是不是寫錯了
? 最晚應該是在turn 6舉行選帝吧？
3. 在義大利軌道上正中間那個打上X的雙色勝利標記是甚麼意思？
4. 普魯士的起始部隊數標註為16+6，那個+6有甚麼用意？
