MAME Plus! IPS Collection v3.3 20070929 Released

Impossible! Perfect! Superior! MAME Plus! IPS Collection, Make your gaming
life I.P.S.!

ROM hacking is the process of modifying a video game ROM image to alter the
game's graphics, dialogue, levels, gameplay, or other gameplay elements. This
is usually done by technically-inclined video game fans to breathe new life
into a cherished old game. Once a hack is completed, it is released by making
a patch that can be applied to the unmodified ROM. [wikipedia]

We collect, organize and categorize these hacks, and put them into MAME Plus!
IPS Collection. Featuring:

- No extra ROMs, dynamic loading of patches
- Continuous updating of a complete collection of hacks
- Detailed documentation including description and screenshots[*]
- Customizable combination of hacks

Simplified Chinese version is currently the reference version. English
translation has been veryfied for s-z games (in alphabetic order), the rest
is still WIP and could be inaccurate or awkward.

- fixed reading driver_config option from mame.ini, so that ROM management
