L4D2無畫面聲音 - Steam

我朋友，他開啟L4D2後完全沒有畫面也沒有聲音
上網爬文後發現大家最少都有出現黑色的畫面...
他進不去遊戲但是還是出現了遊玩一分鐘
不知道有沒有人碰過這種情形知道解決的辦法嗎?><
