Fixed after two days of fierce coding/studying the code that prevented
GD-ROMs to boot on Sega Dreamcast console. As usual with Sega, status
flags are pretty picky on BIOS program …

Compatibility is pretty dire, as you might expect from a complex major
system that has zero testing so far. No sound, inputs are mostly not
working and several SCSI commands aren’t supported, but hey.
