Changed Paths:
Modify /trunk/src/jpcsp/HLE/pspdisplay.java
Modify /trunk/src/jpcsp/MainGUI.java
Modify /trunk/src/jpcsp/State.java

Added discId to State class. Been sitting on this change for a while but now
we have something legitimate that uses it (screenshot system), other dodgy
uses include per-game hacks.
