r1102 small fix for pspdisplay Today
r1101 Added support for thread waitType (Naruto, issue 135). Added waitType
sample. Fixed a bug where a thread could be added multiple times to the "to
be deleted" list. Fixed some return codes in IO and mutex managers. Changed
start thread to only start immediately if the priority is higher, not equal
or higher (may break stuff).
r1100 Added time and date format support to sys param. hprmPeek will now only
warn once that it is being ignored, to avoid spamming the log (SDL).
r1099 fixed slow-down introduced in r1078
