這裡的「higher」指的是時代較高的牌

跟燈炮數目無關

: 內燃機 Combustion - return 1 card for each 4 crowns instead of 2 cards, AND
: you have to return your bottom red card. "a little too good for not that much
: effort..."
: 修改：我每有4個皇冠標誌，則你將影響區的1張牌轉移到我的影響區。
: 增加第2個霸權條例:我要求 你歸還紅色的置底牌。
