Humble Monthly 4月包 - Steam

各位大大們好
小弟是日本區的Steam

這兩個月來都有買HB月包的
上禮拜六開獎後就又馬上刷了下個月的Mad Max

但是問題來了!!!因為可以刷，所以我就沒有太注意有沒有寫鎖區!
結果竟然不給我啟動Mad Max!(但是日本Steam是可以買的)

當天馬上就寄信問了客服
以下是他們回給我的

一般HB客服大約都多久會處理好呢?
