本來都是用Visa卡在買steam的遊戲，但是怕被盜刷，加上沒辦法開啟消費通知，想說來去辦張信用卡，就不綁帳戶，等信來了在自己去繳。想問如果這樣要退遊戲的話，印象中退貨好像也要收手續費，原本visa卡就錢退回帳戶，手續費也從帳戶扣，這沒什麼問題。不知道信用卡不綁帳戶的話，這部分會怎麼處理？還是一定得 ...
