因為有掛VPN，有點怕被盜刷，所以把amazon裡面card的資訊都給刪除
雖然我富邦有刷成功，但中間有試郵局的卡使用gift card
結果刪除資訊之後又收到了一封email說我的郵局卡有問題
"We have removed your access to this account because we could not confirm your
payment information. You will not be able to access your account or place
orders with us until we confirm your information.
To resolve this matter, please send the information below to our secure fax
line at 206-266-1838"
....帳號被鎖了= = 是不是因為我試太多次，他們覺得怪怪的...
會不會把我的序號回收啊?(可是我富邦有刷成功地說QAQ)
後續1：
在我修改地址以及換卡等等嘗試15次之後，收到了Amazon的警告
"We cannot complete this order because our records show that you have reached
the purchase limit for this video game. "
請問該不會15次都扣款吧....(然後之後再退款?)
有點害怕...
後來我掛了VPN之後就可以了(不過我GTAIV跟EFLC是分開買，變成8鎂)

不好意思，借標題問一下
剛剛想購買GTAIV完整包，點選 Buy and download，也輸入了VISA(富邦)以及美國地址
但還是刷失敗了，收到一封email
"We cannot complete this order because you must use a U.S. billing address and
a credit or debit card issued by a U.S. bank to buy a game or software
download on Amazon.com. "
告訴我說要填寫美國地址以及美國發行的VISA卡
後來看到版上有用gift card的方法
我試了用gift card送給自己可以送，這應該代表卡沒問題
但還是收到了同一封失敗的email
但地址確實也是填寫美國的
請問有人知道怎麼解決嗎？(還是要掛US VPN？)
