No, at least not yet, but i'm working on it. I'm already able to
decrypt dev_flash by using HV calls only.

HV uses ENCDEC device to do storage device encryption/decryption. I'm
currently working on reversing of this peripheral. I have full HV
access now and can control it :-) So expect more nice stuff in the
future :-)

整個 PS3的一樓（Lv1 = HV）都已經被graf_chokolo攻陷了，NPDRM 防線是目前
$QNY在主機上僅存的幾道防線之一，瓦解之後代表整個 PSN的付費認證機制都要
垮掉。（當然$QNY可能會有新的機制，但就現在來說是這樣）
