Payment - Page not found - Update 25/04/2013 -
Due to issues with one of our payment providers, some customers were unable
to make a purchase today. This problem has now been fixed - apologies from
all at GMG for the inconvenience and thanks for helping us find and rectify
the problem.
UPDATE 25/04/2013
We have had reports that some customers are still encountering this issue.
May we suggest that you try the following before attempting your purchase
again:
- Clear your cache and cookies
- Select cancel order in your basket -
https://www.greenmangaming.com/checkout/cancel
- Select a Chrome Incognito browser
- Ensure that Flash and Javascript are enabled
- Switch off AdBlockers and utility programs
- Make sure you do not have pop-ups blocked
If you are still facing difficulties please submit a ticket.
