多平台模擬器「Mednafen」的前端工具。

Changelog:

- Add missing "disable sprite limits" options in pc engine, pc-fx
and nes system
- Add missing ".hes" file extension in pc engine console

Know bugs:

- If you swap from simple mode to advance mode and return in simple
mode, the system console cue file not recognize correctly NB:
pce_fast option work with configuration file, but not work with
Mednafen 0.9.X (i think this is a bug from Mednafen)
