Changelog:

- In MedGui options add a button to delete local MedGui setting (this
feature may solve some random crash at launch of any games)
- Fix a problem with video stretch option
- Solved a small bug in wonderswan section (the language setting work
again)

Know bugs:

- If you swap from simple mode to advance mode and return in simple mode,
the system console cue file not recognize correctly

NB: pce_fast option work with configuration file, but not work with
Mednafen 0.9.X (i think this is a bug from Mednafen)
