昂蹲下打拳也是要快速突擊(不過這感應主要看出拳,蹲下速度沒差)
時機點就是一拍,蹲下出拳是一個動作、不是分開的。收拳也要快。
提醒安全:快速起身時膝蓋不是硬打直,而是回到微屈膝。打直容易受傷,出拳手肘也是不
打直,保留一點彎曲。
最後,不用在意分數,蹲下的幅度與速度,才會幫助燃脂。
