儲值取消 Mycard 轉點我可以接受

但是我很不爽緩衝期只有1天半

所以當天晚上我就線上向消保會申訴

事件到今天處理完畢，來分享一下經過並順便送點給版上

12/30 線上申訴後，到1/10才收到公文

公文內容很制式化的請智冠在15天內妥適處理

1/14晚上智冠客服有打電話過來，不過我沒接到

1/18晚上我再度接到電話

我在電話中詢問為什麼時間間隔這麼短，智冠事先都不知道嗎？

客服沒有正面回答，只有告知取消轉點是廠商要求

而智冠願意把帳號內的點數扣除活動的免費點數後

其餘轉換成對應的小萌卡

同意轉換後，會寄切結書到信箱

客服會通知最好能早點寄信，才能在過年前處理

切結書附上證件與簽名後，Email寄回客服

智冠處理後會發簡訊傳送小萌卡的帳密

這起申訴事件就算處理完成

我在1/19寄信後到今天1/22 才處理完成

我現在身上有 1組120點 2組30點要回送給版上

到今天23:59:59為止猜我的帳號還剩下多少免費點數

範圍在101~500之間

一人限猜一次重複推文只以第一次為主

取前三名數字最接近的以及時間越早的

我會寄站內信給得獎者
