Eurofront 問題 ，北非戰線的疑問 - 戰棋

想請問這邊有玩過Eurofront(eastfront+westfront)的玩家。
在MedFront開啟之後，盟軍(allies)要在北非達成both basing,（Morocco basing+ cape basing）
就是補給線要連接到好望角跟摩洛哥港口，是不是代表盟軍一旦控制vichy的摩洛哥，就有both basing的效果？
