EmuPack is a collection of emulators that have been developed by the
emulation communities. An emulator is software that duplicates the
functions of the hardware that it is trying to emulate. Basically
emulators make it possible, for example, to play Nintendo or
Playstation games on your computer. EmuPack is an installer script
and frontend that attempts to create an out of box solution for
emulation of multiple consoles and file type associations.

· Installer permission changed to PowerUser.
