Dolphin SVN r6403 is released. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to
run commercial games! Dolphin is a great Gamecube(NGC) and Wii emulator. It
has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games. SSSE3 and SSE4
optimized are enabled in this build.

VideoCommon: An experimental fix for Issue 3493. Changed _mm_load_si128 to
_mm_loadu_si128. I could not test the bug because I don't have Sonic Colors.
